Life happens, plans change. Here is how I handle cancellations:
Workshop Cancellations:
Registration for workshops can be cancelled with a 50% refund up to 3 full business days before the start date.
Reschedule Option: If you would like to attend an alternative workshop, you must notify us at least 3 full business days before the start date. Reschedules are subject to availability.
Appointment Cancellations:
Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hour prior to your appointment time with a refund less $15 processing fee. Reschedules are permitted up to 24 hours in advance.
