Fox sits poised upon the earth in a quiet morning reflection while leaning into all its senses to connect with the forest, unconcerned with any outside distractions. At night, with eyes gazing upward, Fox welcomes into its being the healing energy of the moon off in the far distance.
You are being invited to do the same. Gently and thoughtfully tap into any stirrings of emotions tugging at you to be heard and felt. Though you may not have a clear understanding of exactly what these feelings are about, have faith that you will know in time.
