Grief breaks our hearts wide open, we can feel vulnerable, and we question if what we did was the ‘right’ thing, and can sometimes bring overwhelming guilt.
A Session Can Help with the Following:
- Helps you to take first step in coping with the loss.
- Receive a message from your animal friend and what they wish you to know.
- What it is you can do to honor your animal friend.
- What blessings your animal friend left you.
- What to do to best support yourself during this sacred time.
HOW A SESSION WORKS:
Before our scheduled call, I will review the in-take form you completed. long with the photo you submitted of your animal friend I tune into their energy as well as yours.
During the call we review your intake form and any other questions you may have.
I then work with the ancient tool of oracle cards, tuning into the energies of both you and your animal. I’m devoted to holding a compassionate and sacred space for both you and your animal to bring more peace on your continued journey together – and yes, even with your animal friend in spirit.
During the session, I also invite you to share what resonates, ask questions to help bring more clarity, and empower you to also trust your own innate wisdom.
After the session is complete, I take a photo of the cards pulled, write up a short summary, and email to you within 24-48 hours. This is an extra beneficial way in which you can continue to reflect and integrate the session, often providing helpful additional insights to carry you forward.
Sessions are up to one hour long. One animal/person per session.
