Manatee

Manatee invites you to extend the essence of love, empathy, and peace toward your very being and let go of time.  Breathe. As you inhale, do so lightly. As you exhale, do it slowly and bring it low into your belly. Direct this new sense of calm to those parts of yourself you tend to bully. Be gentle with yourself as Manatee reminds you that you are a work in progress, doing the best you can. Meet yourself right where you are at in this moment and with the utmost of love.

Manatee relishes solitary time and provides a lovely reflection for you as you continue to focus on your breath and lean into accepting your humanness. As you breathe in, imagine holding the hand of your inner child, reassuring them that they are safe. As you exhale, effortlessly dip below the surface into a protected and welcome space of stillness.
