Thank You Cynthia’s Twigs!

A few years ago I thought it would be fun to get a bicycle and put a basket on the front for Frankie to ride in.  I researched the internet for a good sturdy basket and found one from Cynthia’s Twigs.  Recently I contacted her telling her that her basket on my bike is in Frankie’s childrens book.  She wrote back and asked if she could send me a liner and pillow for my basket in exchange for a copy of Frankie’s book.  Wow!  What a wonderful deal I thought… I sent her two copies as just one did not seem like a fair trade.  But, I love Cynthia’s baskets and the liners she makes for them so I wanted everyone to know about them.  Go check it out!  So often when I am out riding with Frankie we see people get the biggest smiles on their faces.  We also often hear children gleefully yell, “Look at the dog in the basket!”  It is so fun.  I also strap Frankie in.  I cut down a leash and sewed it in between the weavings of the basket.  I then attach the leash to her harness she wears.  Dogs may attempt to jump out if they see something they want to chase, so best be safe.

Frankie here with a special announcement!!
