A New Year Ritual – Connecting with the Animal Kingdom

For something different and fun I recorded this audio of a New Year ritual I do at the beginning the year and how the animals guide me in the months ahead. I hope you will find it inspiring to do the same sometime soon as a way for you to connect, contemplate and reflect throughout your year in 2024! Perhaps the audio will feel like a meditation too.  🙂

I’m also including another ritual that I enjoy which incorporates numerology. According to my birth date in conjunction with the year 2023 (and when added together) was five and the theme of I Shift.

Your Personal Year and Numerology

In short, you take your birth month and day plus the current year and add them together.

For example, my birthday is July 18.

7+18+2024 = 2067
2+0+6+7 = 15
1+5 = 6

My personal year is 6 and the theme is I Give: being of service, home & family, gratitude, simple pleasures, love.
