I Can Hardly Stand the Wait!

My all time favorite author who writes about his life with his dogs, Jon Katz, is coming to Wisconsin in October!!  I am so thrilled I can hardly sit still!  I just found this out a few moments ago and did the "happy dance" in MySpace.calm.  I have read every one of Jon's books and have throughly enjoyed watching him evolve.  He is, in my eyes, an amazing man who has been on an amazing journey.  His new book will be released in September.  Click here to read all about it:  http://tinyurl.com/6g5tjr

I've admired him for about 2 years now and so appreciate the connection and bond he brings to light through his dogs and his life on his farm.  He is a simple man just trying to figure things out in the world and his dogs have opened up avenues of thinking for him I don't believe he ever imagined.

I HIGHLY recommend seeing him in person if you can.  This will be my first time being able to see him in person and I can hardly stand the wait.  He will be at Harry W. Schwartz bookstore in Brookfield on Thursday, October 9th @ 7:00p.  If you are not in the WI area but would like to see if he is coming to your area, here is a link to where he will be:  http://www.bedlamfarm.com:80/book_tour.asp

PS:  I am not his paid PR personnel… I just happen to admire him!  🙂

A Mobile Solution for Disabled Pets Article

Another super article on Eddie's Wheels (where Frankie's cart came from) was recetnly written.  I am so proud of all Leslie and Ed have done for so many animals, and again, as I have said before, Frankie and I are always so proud to say her wheels came from Eddie's Wheels.  We wish them continued success… imagine all the animals that will be greeting them when they get to heaven someday!  Here's the link to the fantastic story!!  http://tinyurl.com/5mvn2j
