Where’s Frankie?

Here she is!!  With the cooler temps upon us, Frankie has begun her snuggle habits… deep into the blanket she burrows.  She has at least 10 different blankets for her snuggling pleasure.

What would our world be without animals?  I shudder to think.  I just learned of World Animal Day today and wanted to share it with you.  This is their mission statement:

MISSION STATEMENT – WORLD ANIMAL DAY

• To celebrate animal life in all its forms
• To celebrate humankind’s relationship with the animal kingdom
• To acknowledge the diverse roles that animals play in our lives – from being our companions, supporting and helping us, to bringing a sense of wonder into our lives
• To acknowledge and be thankful for the way in which animals enrich our lives
