Out of the Mouths of Babes
The past two days Frankie and I did school presentations for K-5 grades at Riverside Elementary School in Fond dul Lac. Thank you for having us at your school!!
Today one little girl said this: "When you get older and write another book, do you think you will win an Oscar for your book?"
"Gosh, I don't know," I said.
"I think you will cause your book is really good."
Wow, if only they gave out Oscar's for books, but even better, she said "when I get older!" Like I was young or something. Just so SWEET!
