What a great week it has been for joyful pause moments! Yup, I do love July. Wish it could go on and on forever. Well, this week starts the official countdown to my birthday which is Friday. My hubby always teases me that I don’t have a birthDAY, but a birthWEEK because I usually have lots going on. Can’t wait to celebrate the week of my almost 51st birthday!
Have you been capturing your joyful pause moments? If not, I hope seeing mine this past week will inspire you to do so!
Great time watching the 4th of July parade in our little town of 950 people.
It’s always a joyful pause and my heart swells with gratefulness when I receive a contribution for The Frankie Wheelchair Fund. This one is in memory of contributor, Judith’s little dachshund, Woody.
Lunch break with a ride down to the lake after stopping to pick up a book at the library and a chai tea frappe at Off the Rail cafe.
This new sign and adorable bear I can now see from my kitchen window. It is not a park, per say, but a paved walk through with a tree and some shrubs planted which leads to the athletic field. It turned out so lovely!
Stopped at a local farm stand and what a delight to meet 14-years old Venus (above) and 2-year old Nala (below). Can’t wait to go back!
Found out that Gidget has been moonlighting and working for John as his new assistant when not in my writing cottage with me.
