Daily Rituals.

Like brushing my teeth, my daily rituals have become an important foundation of grounding me for my day. If I miss a day or two I just feel differently- and a bit off balance.

I feel much better when I don’t rush into my day and can do these rituals that I look forward to.

Do you have a favorite ritual or two?  I’d love to know!

Tap into Your Inner Wisdom. Live a More Meaningful Life.

I’ve often talked about SoulCollage® here on my blog – a creative collage process that helps you tap into your inner wisdom.  I’ve found that when I really listen to my intuition it helps me live a more meaningful life.

One of the reasons I became a SoulCollage® facilitator is that I want to encourage others to tap into their own inner wisdom and discover how they too can lead a meaningful life.

I put together this short video explaining a little more about SoulCollage® and would love to have you join me for a workshop at my Joyful Pause Studio or online.

My next Introductory to SoulCollage® workshop is Saturday, April 9th at my home studio, Joyful Pause. Space is limited. Register early. Hope to see you!

Happy Spring. The Flower that Blooms in Adversity is…

IMG_1471

The flower that blooms in adversity is the rarest and most beautiful of all. -Mulan

While looking for a quote about spring I came across this quote. And I couldn’t help but think about my dogs Frankie and Joie who had IVDD, and Gidget too, who has the same disease.

But despite not being able to use their hind legs as in the case of Frankie and Joie who used a wheelchair to get around, they were so beautiful to me.

And Gidget too – just like Frankie and Joie – I don’t see her disease – I see all her loveliness, silliness, and sweetness. The most beautiful flower that I am so glad I picked.

Happy spring everyone!
