This is the toy that Joie arrived with when she came to live with us three months ago. We’ve gifted her with other toys, which she likes too. But this is her favorite. Every time I see her playing with it, it reminds me of seeing her for the first time when we picked her up from the airport in October. My heart does somersaults all over again for how blessed I feel to have this sweet girl in my life.
