Impromptu Animal Wisdom Reading – Owl – On Making Sense of Things, Inner Wisdom, Kindness

I was so inspired by a poem I read this morning in my friend, Dawn’s, newsletter, that I felt called to do an impromptu animal wisdom reading. Who (no pun intended!) shows up, but Owl! The collage above is one I created and was the first piece to sell when I announced the opening of my Etsy shop a little less than two weeks ago. It just so happens owl is the last one on my art table that I need to write a message for before I give it to the person who purchased it. So definitely a confirmation personally for me.

But also owl is about trusting our wise inner self and making sense in a world that sometimes just does not seem to make sense these past eighteen months. So may Owl, the poem, and this message serve as some healing as you, and we all, journey forward.

I also share a little announcement that I’ll be taking a break from these general readings at least through the month of July. But I’ll still be writing on my blog when I feel called to.

As I write this post I’m chuckling to myself because I felt some resistance around putting these general readings on pause for a time because I know many of you enjoy them. So the theme of ‘Willing Release’ definitely fits for me too!

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and male mentors out there! Plus Happy Solistice and here we go into my favorite zodiac season of the year, Cancer! I realize I’m a bit bias, but hey, I live in the shell of crab every day of my life.  🙂

This week the theme is home because a-hem, Cancer peeps love nothing more than home! Though the cards I pulled from the Cosmic Cat Wisdom cards weren’t what I thought they were going to be around the theme of home – just like a cat to throw me a different viewpoint! So I hope you enjoy the reading and the card you choose is what you most need right now.
