I have been praying for a new title to come to me for Frankie’s book for over two weeks now. Something did not sit right with me. First, the title was too long from what I have learned. Second, this is her life story (her memoir) and the book starts out talking about her life as it was before she learned to use her tires and finishes with her life as it is now. I felt the other title didn’t capture all of that.
So I thought and thought and thought…and prayed and prayed and prayed for guidance from the Divine… also sent out an email to my Women’s Writing Circle for ideas and to some family and friends… LOTS of ideas came back, though nothing made me gasp and say "Aha! That is it!!"
Then while riding to an author event last night with a fellow writer we began tossing ideas around… and out it popped from MaryAnn… "Frankie, The Walk N’ Roll Dog." My hand flew to my heart and I gasped and said, "That is it!"
